RETURN POLICY

Returns must be postmark back to Tukuma within 7 business days from the date your order was originally delivered. Please note that we do not issue Pre-paid return labels.

 

All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage or smoke. If the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Item will be rejected and return to sender. No Refund. EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.

 

Tukuma is not liable for shipping companies delay or any misrouted packages. If you enter an incorrect address, the package will be sent back to us and you will be responsible for reshipping the package.

 

Tukuma diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

 

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 4-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed

WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.

Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.

Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.

Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Shipping Method Explanation

 

 Orders are only ship on business days and doesn’t include weekends or Holidays. (Monday -Friday)

Fast Standard Shipping: Delivery typically in five to seven business days.

Three Day: Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has been shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is process/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

Second Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is process/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

Next Day: Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. On order that ships out on Thursday with Next Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipped on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
